Information Sessions

Interested in training as a violin maker? Come and visit us to see for yourself.

We will show you around the school and provide individual advice on the training requirements and career opportunities.

Our four-year programme combines practical training with specialist theory, thoroughly preparing you for your future career. Upon successfully completing the final examination, you will qualify as a violin maker with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET).

You may go on to work in violin-making workshops or music shops, establish your own business after gaining professional experience, or pursue further training in a related field.

Each year, our school offers three training places, awarded through an entrance examination.
